ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
● Kiểm tra và nắm số liệu thuế các Công ty trong YouNet Group.
● Kiểm tra báo cáo, hồ sơ kê khai thuế hàng tháng (FCT), quý (VAT, PIT, báo cáo tình hình sử dụng hóa đơn, chứng từ khấu trừ thuế PIT) và quyết toán BCTC hàng năm của các công ty theo quy định hiện hành.
● Rà sổ, chốt số liệu và tham gia giải trình
● Quyết toán với cơ quan thuế.
● Phối hợp với Kế Toán Trưởng lên phương án tối ưu hóa PIT, VAT và CIT hàng tháng/ quý/ năm
● Triển khai công tác quản lý thuế (văn bản, thông tư, luật, hướng dẫn) đến các công ty.
● Theo dõi số liệu nộp thuế tháng, quý, năm của các công ty.
● Luôn chủ động cập nhật các thông tư và luật kế toán cập nhật mới để update quy trình kế toán hiện tại thay đổi tương ứng.
● Kiểm tra lần cuối các bút toán của kế toán.
● Quản lý và Thực hiện các hoạt động đóng sổ cuối tháng của các công ty để đảm bảo tính chính xác và tuân thủ các yêu cầu theo luật định địa phương và chính sách của YouNet Group.
● Hỗ trợ hướng dẫn trực tiếp các nhân viên kế toán khác và các bộ phận liên quan để nắm bắt các thay đổi kịp thời, nhanh chóng và đầy đủ
● Tham gia làm việc với Kiểm toán về việc cung cấp hồ sơ và giải trình số liệu
● Hỗ trợ Kế Toán Trưởng trong công tác chuẩn bị hồ sơ thủ tục giấy tờ giải ngân, các thủ tục liên quan đến tài khoản tiền gửi thanh toán/tiết kiệm, các thủ tục liên quan đến bảo lãnh ngân hàng và các vấn đề khác nếu có
