[Planning/ Budgeting]
- Work with related departments, especially CS&A, to forecast the inflow of accounts and the estimated target for the coming year and the monthly or each agency and staff
- Plan the development of Third Party Collection Network effectively to meet the recovery target, monthly and annually
- Plan and monitor annual budget for contests, motivation, conferences and other expenses on Third Party Pre-charge Off Collections within budget
- Design the monthly plan of actions for the Department with the assignment of recovery target and other tasks
[Policy/ Procedure]
- Build, develop and continuously ensure the efficiency of regulations, policies and procedures related to the management of third-Party agencies network
- Ensure the governance of Third Party Pre-charge Off Collections Management activities in accordance with the approved regulations, policies and procedures
- Design appropriate policies, procedures and processes which help to manage and motivate third party agencies
[System/ Processes]
- Implement as required and support the optimization of the automation systems and associated with business processes
- Participate in development of systems & supporting tools for Third Party Pre-charge Off Collections Management
[Operations]
- Work with CS&A to develop the reasonable allocation and targets for third party agencies
- Based on the forecast of portfolio and target, work with third party agencies to design proper plans for at least three months ahead, review shortage of headcounts and surplus of account inflow if any
- Weekly review the MTW performance of Third-party agencies, discuss with related TL and communicate with agency management for any shortfall of the weekly target
- Weekly review the MTW performance of the department as a whole, and highlight third party agencies with issues in the preparation for the weekly collection meeting
- Monthly review performance of Third party agencies, especially the strategic partners, and propose the continuity or termination of the agreements with such agencies, according to current policies
- Make proposals and get Board of Management ’s approval for actions to deal with arising issues from the third-party agencies
- Track and update to the Board of Management of any running campaign, pilots and testing
- Make suggestions with the planning of the incentives/campaigns to boost target achievement if required
[People Management]
- Manage work assignment of Third Party Pre-charge Off Collections Management Department ensuring appropriate work assignment, smoothness and continuity of operations.
- Coach and develop teams to ensure efficiency and continuous productivity improvement.
[Reporting]
- Create and maintain a system of reports for tracking the performance of the department, of agencies so that proper actions can be taken and/or suggested to higher management if any (periodical Collections reports, ad-hoc reports on Collections issue, etc…)

- Bachelor Graduated, major: Business Administration or related area
- At least 6-7 years’ working experiences in Collections management position for Finance -Banking institutions. 3-4 years in managerial position
- Had experiences in working with Agencies is a plus
- Deep understanding of banking/ finance collection policies & process
